Bad Weather

The weather has been crazy this spring as you know. The Decatur tornado just missed our farm but the strong hail and winds knocked off a lot of the berries. We feel so fortunate but we also feel great sorrow for our neighbors who had their lives turned upside down in just minutes and it will take years to recover for many. In time of distress it is so great to see so many neighbors coming out to help their neighbors.

Our picking season will be short this year so don't wait to get your blueberries!

Eileen and I hope to see you all again this 2025 season. The weather was not cooperating this year to ripen the blueberries as they need lots of sunshine but finally they are getting ripe and we plan to open Monday June 2
Come out and enjoy the sunshine and great blue berries.
This year we will be closing on Sundays and Close early on Wednesdays at 5:00 PM
Also  we will close periodically when the berries are picked out to give them time to ripen,

so it is a good ideal to call ahead to make sure we will be open
